Our War Room is private, and we give you the key so your propery remains secure. We have 24/7 camera monitoring (not inside the war room) so we always know who comes in and out.

We know the trials cause your team to keep late hours. Our War Room packages come with 24/7 access. Our outside doors automatically lock after business hours but your team will have access outside of those hours.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is free, 2 hour street side parking all around our building and a parking lot directly across the street on the Conception Street Side.

Typical rates are $8 for 3 hours / $10 for 5 hours / $15 for 12 hours / $20 for 24 hours.

IF I RENT A CONFERENCE ROOM, CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD?

You are welcome to have your food brought in. There are several really great restaurants in the downtown area, many of which are in walking distance. Let us know if you'd like any suggestions, we'll tell you our favorites!
