Our Pay:

This position is hourly + uncapped commission because we believe that compensation should not be limited by any factor other than your own performance.

Daily Activities & Responsibilities:

  • You will drive profit through outbound and inbound calls by consulting with customers on the benefit of our product
  • You will consistently be reaching and exceeding weekly/monthly sales goals
  • You will engage in weekly sales and leadership seminars
  • You will accurately handle accounts obtained from our partners
  • You will understand a sales process and be able to execute effectively
  • You will craft solutions to simplify customers’ lives

REQUIREMENTS

Our position is right for you if you answer “Yes!” to the following:

    • Do you have effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Do you have prior sales in marketing experience is helpful but not essential
    • Do you have a Bachelors Degree or Equal Experience
    • Do you consider yourself to be self-motivated and deeply ambitious
    • Do you thrive in a high-reaching environment
    • Do you have a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
    • Do you have excellent negotiating and analytical skills
    • Are you willing to work flexible hours

  • Average income ranges from $38,000 – $51,000.
