WHERE DO I PARK?
There is free, 2 hour street side parking all around our building and a parking lot directly across the street on the Conception Street Side. 
Typical rates are $8 for 3 hours / $10 for 5 hours / $15 for 12 hours / $20 for 24 hours.
IF I RENT A CONFERENCE ROOM, CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD?
You are welcome to have your food brought in. There are several really great restaurants in the downtown area, many of which are in walking distance. Let us know if you'd like any suggestions, we'll tell you our favorites!

Once you’ve seen our space and decided which membership is right for you, simply register for your membership with the Exchange.

  • Our Part-time Memberships are ideal for individuals that consistently travel but still need a home base. This membership gives you 10 daily passes per month to use any open desk or common areas, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.

  • Access for 10 working days, Monday-Friday, 8:30 A.M. -5:30 P.M.
