All the ideas in the world are meaningless unless they can be put into action in a scalable, repeatable business model. All too often, entrepreneurs launch into production before validating the market and customer fit of their solution.

In our Lunch and Learn for July, we will hear from Mobile-native, Coleman Greene about his journey from a TechStars Chicago startup to successful launch of Sqord. Coleman will share what role validation has played, and continues to play, in the success of his venture.

Coleman Greene is Co-Founder of Sqord, Inc. and currently serves as its Vice President. He began his career in the financial services industry; working in both general banking with Wachovia Bank and successfully building a private wealth book of business with a Merrill Lynch spin-out.

He realized his passion for startups after founding his first company, Dore Duds, in 2008. Coleman received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler, where he was president of the Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Club and a Carolina Venture Fellow with Parish Capital.
