Guided group meditation with Health Coach, Ellie Rome will start April 5th at The Exchange

Have you been wanting to meditate, but struggle to make time for it or not quite sure how?

We are excited to offer weekly guided meditations for Exchange members on Thursday’s at 9:00AM to build your meditation practice and enhance all areas of your life.

Whether you are new to meditation or a meditation guru, come join us for 15 minutes to ground down and start your day off right.

Details:

When: Every Thursday 9:00AM- 9:15AM (Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled, doors close at 8:58AM)

Where: Exchange202 Upstairs Conference Room
