Are your agreements really month-to-month?

Yup! Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.

What does an office space include?


Our team and private offices include fully furnished spaces with modern desks, chairs, and lockable storage space. If you choose to work in The Cafe you will have access to comfortable chairs, couches, and desk space in the open area. If you want to have lockable storage, we offer The Workstation package with flexible office space in a collaborative setting. Contact The Exchange for more information or if you would like changes made to your setup and we will make it happen!



You haven’t seen fast internet until you have tried ours! 500Mb/s. Yeah, we aren’t kidding. Reliable connection that you can count on for your business provided by Southern Light.



All of our full-time Exchange Membership plans include 2 Conference Room hours, built in to the membership. Upgrade to a Private Office for an extra 2 hours or the Team Office package for 4 extra hours.



At The Exchange, every membership includes a $20 Monthly Printing Credit for your convenience.



Lucky you! Your membership includes utilities. Use that extra money to take your team to get tacos. And that extra time you normally spend on taking care of the gas, water, light, internet, etc. bill, let’s just call that nap time (its ok, we won’t tell)!



Coffee is fuel. Early mornings, late nights. We get it. That’s why we offer coffee to all of our memberships.

Can I stop in or should I make an appointment?

What are the building hours? When are your hours?

Members can access the Exchange 24/7 by keyfob, but we are open to the public during our business hours: 8:30 am-5 pm. Monday through Friday.

Can guests visit me at my office?

Absolutely! We love people and we love guests!
